Our delivery methods


Whether cupboards, tables, shelves, chests of drawers, or bedside tables: no matter what items you order, we do everything we can to guarantee you a first-class delivery service. For this reason, we make sure to choose the right delivery method for each order.The delivery method depends on the weight, size, and sensitivity of your items, but also on the delivery destination. In the following paragraphs, we have described all delivery methods in detail so that you know their specifics. 

Deliveries are generally free of charge within Germany and Austria. Our german Shop --> HERE!

Delivery with parcel service


All packages that do not exceed the dimensions 60 x 60 x 120 cm and/or the weight of 30 kg are sent with the DPD or GLS parcel service. However, if the items are very sensitive or if there are several packages, the packages will be sent with a freight forwarder. Your order will be handed over to you personally at your domicile. If your order could not be delivered on the first delivery attempt, DPD and GLS will leave a parcel information card with a parcel number for you in the mailbox.

Delivery to the curb


For deliveries to the curb, we work together with the forwarding company DB SCHENKER. When your order has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an e-mail from us with an estimated delivery date. As soon as your order has arrived at the responsible branch of the forwarding company, the forwarding company will contact you by phone and you can arrange a delivery date. Your order will be delivered on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are unable to receive your order on this day, please call the shipping company one day in advance and arrange another appointment. You will find the contact details of the relevant DB SCHENKER branch and your shipment number in the e-mail from us. Delivery to your floor is not included in this service.

ATTENTION - IMPORTANT NOTICE Before signing the delivery note, check the packaging of the delivered piece of furniture carefully for transport damage. Don't let the driver stop you, even if he's in a hurry. If the packaging is damaged, please sign with the addition "Packaging damaged - goods accepted with reservations". If possible, take photos of the damaged areas. Please let us know immediately. If you can see damage to your piece of furniture, please do not accept the delivery.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS


We generally deliver to all EU countries. On this website, however, you can ONLY place orders for delivery within Austria.

Orders to Switzerland cannot be placed through our online shops. Shipping and customs clearance costs are calculated individually.

We will then determine the shipping and customs clearance costs for you.

Deliveries outside of Germany are made to curbside only.
